Dwayne is the lead pastor of Wellspring Church in Charlotte NC the church he established in 2007. As a Board Member of Acts 29 Network he is the Director for Pastoral Care. Alongside his pastoring, Dwayne is a zealous advocate for equipping the new generation of Biblical counselors. He is a member on the Board for the Biblical Counseling Alliance. He is an author of numerous online publications, and also a contributor to Christ-centered biblical counseling changing lives by embracing God's eternal truth (eds. Kelleman (and Viars) Dwayne has three kids along and a wife Leslie.
